Fly Girl comes to Florida!
Hey Fly girls and Fly Fellas!! Gather all your peeps and get ready to have a funky, good time with dance educator, fitness instructor Lisa Marie!
Dance your buns off in this 90-minute all-levels, all ages workshop featuring the best jams from the 90’s!
DJ ZZ will be spinning live as you move your body and burn some major calories in this cardio-intensive hip hop dance class!
Class Includes:
-interactive warmup
-across-the-floor patterns and drills
-exciting choreography taught step-by-step
-performance
-video session
-cooldown & stretch
